Jesse Venniker
Trainer and founder of Jesco Trainingen
My background is in applied psychology, and it shows in how I train. I’m less interested in what a tool can do than in what people actually do with it, and why.
I keep seeing the same pattern in organisations. A few people use AI every day; everyone else watches from the sidelines or gives up. Not because they can’t, but because nobody showed them how it fits into their own work. And because the team never talked about it together.
That’s what my training is about. Practical tools and best practices, examples from your own work, and group discussion instead of a slide deck. The difference with a tool walkthrough: people actually use it afterwards.

How I work
- 01
Practical
Your team practises on real tasks. What works in the session works the next day too.
- 02
Recognisable
No made-up case studies. We start from what’s actually going on in your team.
- 03
Conversational
Group discussion isn’t a side dish. It’s where the agreements that last are made.
- 04
Evidence-based
What I share about trust, behaviour and adoption comes from research.
